The trough feeder (also known as the trough feeder) can be installed on the ground or lifted at the discharge port of the ore bin. It moves back and forth through the bottom plate to transport block materials from the storage bin to the receiving device, which is not suitable for conveying materials in powder form

● Working principle of the product

The trough feeder equipment is generally installed at the lower part of the discharge port of the silo, and the ore falls onto the leakage plate at the bottom of the trough. The bottom leakage plate is set on the roller and connected to the reducer of the double output shaft through an eccentric mechanism, and then connected to the motor through a coupling. During operation, the motor drives the reducer through a coupling, and the eccentric disc and the leakage disc between the groove frame bottom and the roller of the equipment move back and forth in a straight line to achieve uniform feeding.
