The medium-sized plate feeder is an intermittent feeding machine, suitable for short distance conveying of block materials with a feeding force of less than 400mm.

【 Scope of Application 】 Widely used in mining, beneficiation, chemical, cement, and building materials departments for uniform intermittent feeding from storage silos to crushing and transportation machinery.

● Working principle of the product

A high-strength die forged chain with a pitch of 200mm is used as the traction component. Two chains are connected in a closed loop by winding around a pair of drive sprockets installed at the head of the machine and a pair of tension wheels installed at the tail of the machine. Overlapping, heavy-duty structural conveyor slots are installed on each link of the two rows of chains to form a continuous conveyor line capable of carrying materials. Its self weight and material weight are supported by multiple rows of supporting wheels, chain rollers, and slide beams installed on the machine body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer through an AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the carrier mechanism is driven at low speed by a direct connection between the expansion sleeve and the driving device. Transport the materials unloaded from the tail bin along the conveyor line to the front of the machine body for discharge, achieving the goal of continuous and uniform feeding to the working machinery below.
