● Working principle of the product

A high-strength forged chain with a pitch of 150mm is used as the traction component. Two chains are connected in a closed loop by winding around a pair of drive sprockets installed at the head of the machine body and a pair of tension wheels installed at the tail of the machine body. Overlapping lightweight transmission grooves are installed on each link of the two rows of chains to form a continuous conveyor line capable of carrying materials. Its self weight and material weight are supported by multiple rows of supporting wheels, chain rollers, and slide beams installed on the machine body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer through an AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the carrier mechanism is driven at low speed by a direct connection between the expansion sleeve and the driving device. Transport the materials unloaded from the tail bin along the conveyor line to the front of the machine body for discharge, achieving the goal of continuous and uniform feeding to the working machinery below.
