● Product Overview

The heavy-duty plate feeder is an auxiliary equipment for transportation machinery. It is used in the crushing and grading workshop of large beneficiation plants, as well as in cement, building materials and other departments, as a material bin to continuously and uniformly feed the primary crusher. It can also be used for short distance conveying of materials with high strength and density. It can be installed horizontally or tilted, with a maximum tilt angle of 12 degrees. To avoid direct impact of materials on the feeder, it is required that the material bin does not have an empty discharge state.

● Working principle of the product

A high-strength forged chain with a pitch of 228.6mm is used as the traction component. Two chains are wound around a pair of drive sprockets installed at the head of the machine body and a pair of tension wheels installed at the tail of the machine body to form a closed loop. Overlapping heavy-duty conveyor grooves are installed on each link of the two rows of chains to form a continuous conveyor line capable of carrying materials. Its self weight and material weight are supported by multiple rows of supporting wheels, chain rollers, and slide beams installed on the machine body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer through an AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the carrier mechanism is driven at low speed by a direct connection between the expansion sleeve and the driving device. Transport the material unloaded from the tail bin along the conveyor line to the front of the machine body for discharge, achieving the goal of continuous and uniform feeding to the working machinery below
