Self centering vibrating screen, also known as universal hanging screen. It is caused by a vibrator with eccentric mass to vibrate the sieve. Used for coarse, medium fine, and ultra-fine screening of materials such as ore and coal. It can also be used for dehydration, desliming media and other treatments of materials.

● Product Structure

The self centering vibrating screen structure mainly consists of a screen box, exciter, suspension (or support) device, and electric motor. The electric motor drives the spindle of the exciter to rotate through a V-belt, and the centrifugal inertia force generated by the imbalance on the exciter causes the sieve box to vibrate. By changing the eccentric weight of the exciter, different amplitudes can be obtained.

The change in ore supply will affect the "dynamic balance", resulting in some vibration at the center of the pulley;
