● Product Structure

The perfect combination of high-performance crushing chamber type and high crushing frequency greatly improves the processing capacity of the new cone crusher. Due to the use of laminated crushing principle, the crushed products are mostly cubic structures, greatly reducing needle like materials. The new type of cone crusher (HPC high-efficiency hydraulic cone crusher) has a simple structure, is easy to operate and maintain, and the discharge port adjustment is convenient and fast. It saves time and effort during maintenance, especially the lining plate is easy to replace quickly, reducing downtime.

● Working principle of the product

The crushing process is completed between the fixed cone liner and the eccentric moving cone liner. The motor drives the horizontal shaft of the crusher through a V-belt and pulley, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through gear transmission. The eccentric sleeve drives the main shaft to make the moving cone part rotate and swing, thereby generating periodic relative motion between the eccentric swinging moving cone liner and the fixed cone liner, causing the material to be crushed to be continuously squeezed and bent in the crushing chamber and crushed. The material to be crushed enters the crusher through the upper feeding port, and the crushed material is discharged through the lower discharging port of the crusher. Due to the reasonable material selection and structural design of the parts, the service life is long, and the particle size of the crushed products is uniform, reducing the cyclic load. In medium and large-sized crushers, a hydraulic cleaning system is used to reduce downtime, and there are multiple chamber types for each specification of crusher. Users can choose different chamber types according to their different needs to better adapt to their needs. The sealing of this machine adopts lubricating grease sealing, which avoids the disadvantages of easy blockage of the water supply and drainage system and the defect of easy mixing of water and oil. The spring safety system is an overload protection device, which can prevent foreign objects and iron blocks from passing through the crushing chamber without harming the crusher.
