● Product Structure
The structure of a cone crusher mainly consists of a frame, a horizontal shaft, a moving cone, a balance wheel, an eccentric sleeve, an upper crushing wall (fixed cone), a lower crushing wall (moving cone), a hydraulic coupling, a lubrication system, a hydraulic system, and a control system.
● Working principle of the product
During the operation of the cone crusher, the electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device. The moving cone rotates and swings under the pressure of the eccentric sleeve. The section of the moving cone near the static cone becomes the crushing chamber, and the material is crushed by multiple compressions and impacts from the moving cone and static cone. When the moving cone leaves the section, the material that has been crushed to the required particle size falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone.
● Product advantages
1. The moving cone rotates continuously, and the material crushing and unloading processes alternate continuously along the working surface, resulting in high productivity;

The feeding port size is not large and can handle materials that have undergone initial crushing;
