The DMC type pulse jet single machine bag filter is a bag filter designed by our company after absorbing advanced technology from similar foreign products and improving it. This pulse bag filter adopts the technology of high-pressure (0.5-0.7Mpa) high flow pulse valve to blow and clean the dust filter bags one by one. Compared with other single machines in China, it has the characteristics of high dust cleaning kinetic energy and high efficiency. And it is small in size, light in weight, simple and compact in structure, easy to install, and easy to maintain (external filter type). It is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, and non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing as a dust containing gas purification treatment system, and is an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.

working principle:

The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through an open flange. The dusty gas is filtered by the dust collector filter bag into purified gas and enters the clean air chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to continuously rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the bag filter can continue to work, the dust on the filter bag needs to be cleaned regularly. Dust cleaning is carried out by the PLC program controller starting the pulse valve in a timed sequence, so that the compressed air (0.5-0.7Mpa) inside the air bag is sprayed out from the blowing pipe (called primary air) through the Venturi pipe, inducing several times the surrounding air (called secondary air) into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand in an instant, and shaking off the dust with the reverse force of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
