1) Large series (outdoor type) LDML-I type: filtration area: 2160-5760m2, processing air volume: 259200-691200m3/h.
LDML-II type: filtration area: 2880-7680m2, processing air volume: 345600-921600m3/h Type I has offline dust cleaning function, Type II has both offline dust cleaning and offline maintenance functions.
2) Medium sized series (outdoor type) LDMM type: filtration area: 225-900m2, processing air volume: 33750-135000m3/h.
3) Small series (indoor type) LDMS type: filtration area: 50-200m2, processing air volume: 7500-30000m3/h.
If users have special requirements, they can design the layout according to their needs. The specifications, models, and external dimensions of the series of dust collectors are shown in the attached drawings and tables.
3. The dust collector adopts a submerged pulse valve with low flow resistance, and the gas source pressure ranges from conventional 0.5MPa to 0.3MPa
4. Due to offline blowing for dust cleaning, the cleaning cycle has been extended from the conventional 3-5 minutes to 20-30 minutes. As a result, the energy consumption for dust cleaning has been reduced, and the compressed air consumption is only about one tenth of that of the conventional type. At the same time, the fatigue wear of the filter bag and pulse valve diaphragm has also been correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and valve disc.
5. The filter bag mouth adopts a spring expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable.
6. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, when changing bags, after extracting the skeleton, the dirty bags are put into the lower gray door of the box and taken out through the inlet hole, and the bag replacement operation strip is improved
