Working principle of dry pulse bag filter for blast furnace gas:

The raw gas (260 ℃) from the raw gas main pipe enters the lower box of the bag filter through the branch pipe, undergoes mechanical separation, and is filtered upward through the bag filter. Fine dust adheres to the surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas is collected in the upper box through the filter bag. It then passes through the clean gas branch pipe and the main pipe before entering the hot air stove for use. After filtering for a certain period of time, as the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases, the resistance of the dust collector rises. When the resistance rises to a certain value, the electrical control system sends a cleaning signal, and the pneumatic butterfly valve and upper ball valve of the outlet branch automatically close. The pulse valve opens, and nitrogen gas from the gas cylinder is sprayed into the bag through the blowing pipe. The filter bag rapidly expands, and the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off and falls into the lower conical ash hopper. A pulse valve blowing ends, and the dust collector continues to remain stationary, causing a static settling process for the finer dust in the cylinder. This process ends, and the pneumatic butterfly valve and upper ball valve of the outlet branch are opened, and the dust collector enters a normal filtering state; At the same time, the lower ball valve is opened through the impeller feeder, completing the cleaning process of a box. The opening and closing of each valve during the above process, as well as the testing of the relative dust concentration of a single box, are all controlled by the PLC system. This repetitive work purifies the raw gas.

Characteristics of dust collector process:

1. The filter speed is increased by 70% to 100% compared to large bag dust removal, the number of boxes is reduced by 30% to 40%, and the footprint is reduced;

2. The filter bag has a long service life and effectively solves the problem of frequent damage to the filter cloth;

4. Fully enclosed blowback, without any gas emissions, cleaning up air pollution;
