Product Overview

The central transmission type concentrator is mainly used in the dehydration treatment system of wet concentrate in the mineral processing, as the first stage of dehydration concentration. It is generally set between the selection and filtration equipment, sometimes used for dehydration before selection, and can also be used for dehydration operations in the chemical industry and coal preparation plants.

● Working principle of the product

The main characteristic of the central transmission type concentrator is to add a certain amount of flocculant to the slurry to be concentrated, so that the mineral particles in the slurry form flocs, accelerate their settling speed, and thus achieve the goal of improving concentration efficiency.

● Product advantages

1. Adopting a reducer and worm gear transmission, the transmission torque is large, the efficiency is high, and a torque protection device is installed for safe use;

2. When the load is too high, the underwater sludge scraping system can be manually (or electrically) lifted and gradually lowered to scrape off the sludge layer by layer;

3. The mud pit is equipped with a small scraper to stir and scrape the mud thoroughly, without clogging.
