● Working principle of the product

The ZSW series vibrating feeder consists of a feeding trough, exciter, spring support, and transmission device. The vibration source of the trough vibration feeding is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair. The exciter is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to drive the active shaft, and then the passive shaft is rotated by the gear meshing on the active shaft. The active and passive shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same time, and the trough body vibrates, causing the material to flow continuously and achieve the purpose of conveying the material.
