This device is widely used for various difficult to wash large ores. The washing machine is divided into two types: cylindrical and cylindrical with screening strips. The latter method can divide the washed material into two levels of products:+40mm and -40mm- 40mm can be further cleaned by a double spiral groove washing machine to divide the material into two levels of+2mm and -2mm products. The washing efficiency can reach about 98%, and this combination is the most effective method for difficult to wash ores.

● Working principle of the product

The cylinder is equipped with high-pressure water pipes, blocking rings, lifting plates, mixing teeth, etc. laid after finite element analysis. The material enters the screen and is carried to a certain height by the rotating cylindrical screen. The material falls freely and is washed with high-pressure water to fully separate the mineral sand from the mud.
