● Working principle of the product

After entering the magnetic separator tank through the feeding box, the slurry enters the feeding area in a loose state under the action of water sprayed from the spray pipe. Magnetic particles are attracted to the surface of the cylinder by the magnetic field force of the magnetic system and move upward with the cylinder. During the movement, due to the alternating polarity of the magnetic system, the magnetic particles are flipped in chains to improve the quality of the magnetic product. When the magnetic particles are brought to the discharge area by the cylinder, the flushing water rushes them into the magnetic product tank. Under the action of the slurry flow in the tank, non-magnetic products flow into the non-magnetic product tube through the holes on the bottom plate.
