The rotary clock sand removal machine is a newly introduced technology used in water supply and drainage engineering to remove most sand particles with a diameter of 0.2mm or more, with a removal rate of over 98%.

Wastewater enters the desander in a tangential direction with a certain flow rate, which generates centrifugal force on sand particles, causing heavier sand particles to settle along the tank wall and the unique structure of the desander to the bottom sand collection tank, while preventing small sand particles from sinking. By using advanced air lift systems to provide better conditions for the discharge of settled sand, it is directly transported to the sand water separator equipment to achieve the separation of sand particles and sewage.
