The equipment adopts peripheral transmission. Sewage flows into the center of the pool through the inlet pipe, and after being diffused by the stabilizing cylinder, it flows out uniformly in a radial manner towards the periphery. The suspended sludge settles and accumulates at the bottom of the pool. The driving device drives the working bridge to rotate along the periphery, and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate. The scraper collects the sludge, which is then sucked by the suction pipe through the static water pressure in the pool and discharged into the overflow tank of the sludge collection plate.

The peripheral transmission scraper suction machine is suitable for large, medium, and small radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge. It is mainly used for suction and discharge of sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plants.
